- Call the main EHI line (603-546-7131) outside the hours of 9:00 am to 6:30 pm EST.
- Follow the prompts to request immediate support.
- Talk with a live person that will connect you to a technician to service your request.
These representatives will identify your needs quickly and connect you with a support representative that can help based on your specific request. If your hosting issue is not an emergency, the representative will take a message and relay it to the appropriate technician for attention the next business day.
